The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is a full-time leadership position offering valuable management and supervisory experience within a dynamic and evolving setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one year restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Proficiency with computer applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents
  • Capacity to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports
  • Experience providing customer service training and coaching
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedural documents
  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
  • Support team members and foster a positive work environment
