Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure it complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to oversee restaurant compliance with health and safety standards
- Demonstrated experience using profit and loss reports for operational improvements
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support and assist in daily restaurant operations and team management
