Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • Strength in managing food quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports
  • Ability to interpret operational documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and understand operating and maintenance manuals
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Utilize Profit and Loss reports and store data to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions
  • Maintain excellent customer service and restaurant condition
