This job opening is for an Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at the Speedway brand located in Cicero, Illinois. The position is full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour. Job Requirements

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
Strength in preparing, presenting, and maintaining freshness of food products
Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating manuals and procedure instructions
Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has one year of restaurant management experience
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
Ability to read and interpret operational documents
Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
