Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Strength in preparing, presenting, and maintaining freshness of food products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating manuals and procedure instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to influence and implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist the Restaurant Leader in managing store operations and staff
- Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the restaurant
