Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to supervise and train employees

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Manage food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement changes
  • Read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
