As an Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at 7-Eleven, you play a vital role within the management team to ensure the success of the store's restaurant operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of health department standards and company policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Capacity to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and use operating and maintenance instructions
- Effective multitasking and physical ability to perform job requirements
- Prior supervisory experience advantageous
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Manage proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and store reports to drive operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain restaurant condition and address operational issues
- Support a positive work environment and promote company values
