Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership training and coaching
- Experience ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in managing food preparation and presentation
- Skill in using P&L and store reports to drive improvements
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A High School diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Physical capacity to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Demonstrated capacity to analyze financial reports
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
