The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals who enjoy working as part of a dynamic management team and have prior supervisory experience. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader by overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant area, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and compliance with company policies and health regulations. Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership training and coaching
  • Experience ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in managing food preparation and presentation
  • Skill in using P&L and store reports to drive improvements
  • Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A High School diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Physical capacity to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Demonstrated capacity to analyze financial reports
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Manage food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
