7-Eleven is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) for its Laredo, Texas location at 101 W. Del Mar Boulevard. The Assistant Restaurant Leader will be expected to provide leadership and direction for all restaurant employees and help ensure the restaurant complies with company policies as well as health department standards. This includes overseeing the freshness, preparation, and presentation of all foodservice products to maintain top-quality offerings. Additionally, the role requires the ability to use profit and loss (P&L) reports and other store analytics to make informed decisions that drive business success. The Assistant Restaurant Leader must also have proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel, to facilitate effective communication and operational management.
This position demands strong multitasking skills and physical stamina, including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees

- Use profit and loss (P&L) reports and store analytics to drive improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support management with daily operational tasks and team coordination
- Monitor restaurant condition and cleanliness to uphold brand standards
