Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee and lead customer service and training activities
  • Ability to ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health codes
  • Ability to monitor food quality safety and presentation standards
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and understand operational manuals
  • Ability to multitask perform physical activities including bending standing reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in computer knowledge particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial and operational reports to influence change
  • Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical requirements of the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department standards
  • Monitor and maintain proper preparation presentation and freshness of foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily operations
  • Perform multitasking duties including bending standing reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
