Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with minimum one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee and lead customer service and training activities
- Ability to ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health codes
- Ability to monitor food quality safety and presentation standards
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and understand operational manuals
- Ability to multitask perform physical activities including bending standing reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and manuals
- Demonstrated ability to use financial and operational reports to influence change
- Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching to restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies procedures and Health Department standards
- Monitor and maintain proper preparation presentation and freshness of foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support the Restaurant Leader in managing daily operations
- Perform multitasking duties including bending standing reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
