Job Requirements
- Desire to lead and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure the restaurant meets company policies and health standards
- Ability to maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for business improvements
- Ability to read operating and maintenance manuals
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to oversee food preparation standards and restaurant cleanliness

- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to analyze performance and implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer experience
- Support team members in achieving sales and operational goals
