Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and train employees
  • Knowledge of health department standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Monitor and ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement improvements
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Support employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer satisfaction initiatives
