Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to lead and train employees
- Knowledge of health department standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Monitor and ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement improvements
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Support employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer satisfaction initiatives
