We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) for our Findlay, Ohio Speedway location at 752 Trenton Avenue. This role plays an essential part in the management team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Leader will support the Restaurant Leader by supervising staff, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $18.50 per hour along with valuable management and leadership experience.

The role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a team environment and have supervisory experience. The assistant manager will provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to the restaurant employees, promoting a positive work atmosphere and delivering superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s condition, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet the highest quality and freshness standards, using profit and loss and store reports to drive improvement initiatives, and adhering strictly to health department standards and company operational procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computers (especially Microsoft Word and Excel), and the ability to multitask while engaging in physical activities such as bending, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Strength in ensuring preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports for operational improvements
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
