Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Strength in ensuring preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Ability to use P&L and store reports for operational improvements
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to supervise and coach staff effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and maintain the condition of the restaurant
- Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
