Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for operational improvements

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support restaurant condition and cleanliness
  • Assist in managing daily operational tasks and employee performance
