Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for operational improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to identify and implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support restaurant condition and cleanliness
- Assist in managing daily operational tasks and employee performance
