Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in maintaining food preparation quality and presentation
- Experience using P&L and store reports for operational changes
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of management experience
- Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Support team members to achieve performance and service goals
