Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in maintaining food preparation quality and presentation
  • Experience using P&L and store reports for operational changes
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of management experience
  • Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Support team members to achieve performance and service goals
