As an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service by leading, training, and coaching restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader. You will also be expected to use operational reports such as Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and store performance data to implement improvements and achieve business goals. Job Duties

  • Use P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Support team members to achieve performance and service goals
