Responsibilities include using financial reports such as Profit and Loss statements to drive improvements and efficiencies. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage reports and communications effectively. Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company and health standards
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Capability to multitask and periodically lift up to 50 pounds
- Desire to provide training and coaching to team members

Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss and store reports to improve performance
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Provide coaching and support to restaurant employees
- Manage daily restaurant operations to meet company standards
