Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- ability to oversee customer service quality and team performance
- knowledge of health department regulations and compliance
- capability to manage food preparation and presentation standards
- proficiency with P and L reports and store management software
- physical ability to perform tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to company policies and customer satisfaction
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for experienced candidates

- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to interpret and implement operational procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- manage proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use profit and loss and store reports to influence operational change
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- maintain restaurant condition and cleanliness
- perform daily operational and managerial duties to support the restaurant team
