This role, Assistant Restaurant Leader (or Assistant Manager), is a valuable opportunity within 7-Eleven’s restaurant operations division, specifically tied to the Stripes brand in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the Restaurant Leader in ensuring the restaurant’s success through excellent customer service and efficient team management. This role requires a hands-on leader who will help provide training, coaching, and motivation to restaurant employees. A key aspect of the job includes maintaining operational standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and managing food preparation and presentation to uphold quality.

Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparations presentation and freshness of all food service products
  • Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred word excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
