Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports to impact change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical demands
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for decision making

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with management team to meet sales and service goals
