Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Capability to maintain foodservice product quality
- Ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial reports such as profit and loss statements
- Ability to follow and enforce health and safety regulations
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient management experience
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
- Oversee the restaurant to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in training and development of restaurant staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant environment
