This vacancy is for the position of Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at the 7-Eleven store located in Waco, Texas. The Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees. Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Capability to maintain foodservice product quality
- Ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial reports such as profit and loss statements
- Ability to follow and enforce health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
