Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Strength to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to interpret P&L and operational reports
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operational instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in mentoring restaurant staff
  • Maintain physical restaurant standards and cleanliness
