Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Strength to ensure food quality and presentation
- Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence change
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Proficient computer skills
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to interpret P&L and operational reports
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operational instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in mentoring restaurant staff
- Maintain physical restaurant standards and cleanliness
