Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Knowledge of Health Department standards and company policies
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
  • Commitment to working full-time hours and managing a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or related environment
  • Ability to lead, train, and coach team members effectively
  • Skill in using P&L statements and store reports to inform decisions
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong multitasking abilities and physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required if qualified through experience

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Oversee the condition of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Analyze and use P&L and store reports to make operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in coaching, motivating, and developing restaurant staff
  • Support daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
