Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of Health Department standards and company policies
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
- Commitment to working full-time hours and managing a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or related environment
- Ability to lead, train, and coach team members effectively
- Skill in using P&L statements and store reports to inform decisions

Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee the condition of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Analyze and use P&L and store reports to make operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in coaching, motivating, and developing restaurant staff
- Support daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
