The position open is that of an Assistant Restaurant Leader, commonly known as an Assistant Manager, a pivotal role within the management team focused on overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the Restaurant Leader in maintaining high standards. This is a full-time role offering valuable management and leadership experience combined with competitive hourly wages ranging from $12.00 to $18.50. The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for leading the restaurant team by example, providing coaching and support to ensure superior customer service and restaurant efficiency. The role involves overseeing operational compliance with company policies, health department standards, and ensuring that all food service products are properly prepared and presented with the utmost attention to quality and freshness. Utilizing proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents and computer tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, the Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing store performance, analyzing profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement effective changes.

Beyond operational tasks, this role requires sustaining a safe, clean, and inviting restaurant environment that meets or exceeds set standards. Candidates will engage in a variety of physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
