Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft products
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
  • Ability to lead and coach restaurant employees
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational reports
  • Good physical stamina to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect operational change
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
