Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company and health standards
- Strength in food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
- Proficient computer knowledge
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication and training skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience acceptable in place of diploma
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret financial and operational reports
- Skilled in customer service training and coaching
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Excellent multitasking and physical stamina
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Manage training of restaurant employees
- Support the management team in daily restaurant operations
