Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Strength in maintaining preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail management role
- Ability to lead and coach a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing staff schedules and daily workflow
- Support the Restaurant Leader in meeting business goals and customer satisfaction objectives
