This opportunity is for the role of Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at one of 7-Eleven's corporate stores located at 710 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. The company is looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a management team and who have previous supervisory experience. The Assistant Restaurant Leader will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer service excellence, employee leadership, and compliance with all health and company standards. Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Strength in maintaining preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail management role
  • Ability to lead and coach a team effectively
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Assist in managing staff schedules and daily workflow
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in meeting business goals and customer satisfaction objectives
