Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees
  • Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
  • Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Ability to lead, train, and coach a team effectively
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store performance reports
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation standards
  • Ability to interpret operating procedures and maintenance instructions
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or minimum one year of restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Maintain the restaurant’s condition and cleanliness
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
