Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees
- Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
- Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
- High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to lead, train, and coach a team effectively
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze P&L and store performance reports
- Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation standards
- Ability to interpret operating procedures and maintenance instructions
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or minimum one year of restaurant management experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Maintain the restaurant’s condition and cleanliness
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
