The Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) position at 7-Eleven offers a full-time role within the corporate store setting of the Stripes brand. Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ability to maintain restaurant condition in compliance with company and health standards
  • Strength and ability to ensure proper food preparation and quality
  • Capability to use P&L and store reports effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient in computer use, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial reports to drive store performance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness to meet quality standards
  • Use P&L and store reports to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support training and development of restaurant staff
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities like bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
