Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company and health standards
  • Strength in maintaining food preparation quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for operational changes
  • Ability to read and interpret operation manuals
  • Proficient with computer applications such as Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of P&L reports and operational procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and provide coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support and assist the Restaurant Leader in daily management tasks
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
