Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company and health standards
- Strength in maintaining food preparation quality and presentation
- Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for operational changes
- Ability to read and interpret operation manuals
- Proficient with computer applications such as Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of P&L reports and operational procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and provide coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Support and assist the Restaurant Leader in daily management tasks
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
