Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant operates in compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Capability to maintain food quality including preparation and presentation
- Experience using P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient with computer applications, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to train and lead a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Demonstrated capability to use financial reports for business improvement
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist with daily management and operational tasks
- Support Restaurant Leader in achieving store goals
