Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure restaurant operates in compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Capability to maintain food quality including preparation and presentation
  • Experience using P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient with computer applications, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to train and lead a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Demonstrated capability to use financial reports for business improvement

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist with daily management and operational tasks
  • Support Restaurant Leader in achieving store goals
