Job Requirements

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
Ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
High School diploma or GED preferred or minimum one year of Restaurant Management experience
Capability to multi-task and physically perform duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience
Ability to provide leadership and coaching
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Experience with P&L and store report analysis
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
Strong multitasking and physical stamina

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to analyze and implement changes
Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Support multi-tasking and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
