Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred or minimum one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Capability to multi-task and physically perform duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to provide leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Experience with P&L and store report analysis
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Strong multitasking and physical stamina
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to analyze and implement changes
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Support multi-tasking and perform physical duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
