Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in maintaining food quality standards
  • Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports for operational change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge preferably in Microsoft products
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory with one year restaurant management experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret operational and procedure manuals
  • Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with management experience

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Oversee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Interpret and apply operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support multi-tasking demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Assist in coaching restaurant employees to maintain high service standards
