Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports for operational improvements
  • Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capable of performing physical activities required by the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement business improvements
  • Read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks while performing physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support employee development and promote a positive work environment
