Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Ability to use P&L and store reports for operational improvements
- Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Capable of performing physical activities required by the role
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and Health Department standards
- Monitor and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement business improvements
- Read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks while performing physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support employee development and promote a positive work environment
