Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Desire to provide customer service leadership and training
- Ability to oversee restaurant conditions for compliance with policies and health standards
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
Job Qualifications
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
- Monitor the preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to identify and implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support the Restaurant Leader in achieving sales and service goals
