The Assistant Restaurant Leader position at the 7-Eleven Corporate Store located at 2972 N HWY 17, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. This role is designed to provide full-time hours and valuable management and leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The Assistant Restaurant Leader works closely with the Restaurant Leader to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with company policies, and health department standards.

The role includes training, coaching, and leading restaurant employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit. Emphasizing proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products is crucial to maintaining the high-quality standards customers expect from 7-Eleven. Additionally, this position requires the ability to analyze and utilize profit and loss (P&L) statements and store performance reports to drive operational improvements. Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel, will support these analytical tasks.

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Monitor the preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in achieving sales and service goals
