Raising Cane's is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Assistant Restaurant Leaders. This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary from $55,000 annually plus a monthly training incentive of $750. After training, monthly incentives tied to restaurant profitability may apply, providing additional earning potential. The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing the daily operations of a Raising Cane's restaurant. Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • own onboarding status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • create crewmember work and training schedules
  • manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers through development coaching communication and documentation
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • use required tools forms and logs to support shift execution document results and take corrective action when needed
  • deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts promotions timeclock overrides
  • ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
  • complete other duties as assigned
