Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-driven and flexible with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required some college preferred
  • Three plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven flexible and highly energetic with strong analytical written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • Own the onboarding status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers including development coaching redirective communication documentation and other performance management tasks
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools forms and logs to support shift execution document results and take corrective action when needed
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts promotions timeclock overrides
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain facility in good working order
  • Complete other duties as assigned
