This leadership position requires enforcing Raising Cane's policies and standards consistently, executing shift management that meets operational and safety guidelines, and using required tools and documentation to support shift execution and corrective actions.

Beyond operational duties, you will provide exemplary customer service, deploy crewmembers effectively during shifts, and utilize the company's reward and recognition programs to motivate staff. Authorizing employee functions that require managerial approval, such as discounts and promotions, is a key part of your role, alongside ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant facility. This multifaceted position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. Your role contributes significantly to the seamless operation and positive atmosphere that define Raising Cane's dining experience.

Raising Cane's supports its employees with extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage; dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts; company-provided life and disability insurance; hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance; and a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees aged 21 and older. Additional perks include access to financial advisors, gym memberships, tuition reimbursement, crewmember assistance programs, pet insurance, competitive pay with bonuses, weekly pay schedules in most locations, paid time off, sick leave, paid holidays, early closures for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs through Perkspot.
