Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven, flexible and energetic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • Own onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Manage performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirective communication and documentation
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval like discounts and promotions
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
  • Complete other duties as assigned
