Known for its great crew and a philosophy that encourages working hard while having fun, the company has grown rapidly and is on track to become a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationwide. This impressive growth trajectory offers ample opportunities for personal and professional advancement within the organization.
The role of Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's is a pivotal position and offers candidates the chance to be an integral part of this exciting expansion. This full-time role offers competitive annual compensation starting from $62,600 to $65,000, supplemented by a monthly training incentive of $750. Pay is determined based on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, monthly incentives after training are available and vary in accordance with the restaurant's profitability, providing ambitious team members with the opportunity to increase their earnings.
In this role, individuals will support the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the restaurant maintains Raising Cane's high standards of quality and customer service. The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance and management of hourly crewmembers, including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. This position demands a dynamic leader who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while fostering an engaging and supportive work environment. Physical demands include working in fast-paced kitchen environments, involving standing, walking, lifting, and interacting closely with food products and customers in varying temperatures. This role also requires compliance with safety and cleanliness standards while upholding the brand's culture and operational policies.
The opportunity to be part of Raising Cane's also includes a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time Restaurant Managers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, as well as company-provided life and disability insurance. Employees also have access to flexible spending accounts for dependent care and healthcare, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness coverage. Additionally, there are financial perks such as a 401(k) plan with employer match (for those age 21 and older) and access to financial advisors for budget and retirement planning. Other benefits include a One Pass gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, a crewmember assistance program, pet insurance, and various employee discount programs.
Apart from the substantial financial and health benefits, Raising Cane's promotes a vibrant work atmosphere with weekly pay, competitive monthly bonuses, paid time off including sick leave and eight paid holidays annually, casual work attire, and early closure for company events. The role offers a unique chance to grow within a dynamic restaurant environment that values team spirit and professional development, making it an ideal position for managers who aspire to be part of a recognized and upwardly-mobile brand.
