Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel for work-related functions and training
  • Physically able to perform tasks including walking, standing, lifting and bending
  • Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • Own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, communication and documentation
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Execute shift management meeting and uphold operations and safety standards
  • Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval such as discounts and timeclock overrides
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain facility in good working order
  • Complete other duties as assigned
