Job Requirements

  • passion for food and beverage
  • minimum eight years of similar work experience in upscale luxury environments
  • minimum five years leading a food and beverage team
  • strong leadership and proven success in guest and team engagement
  • excellent communication skills
  • post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • flexibility to meet demands of a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum eight years of experience in food and beverage operations within upscale luxury environments
  • at least five years of supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proven leadership ability with strong team engagement and motivation skills
  • experience managing financial performance and operational budgets
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • flexibility to work in a 24-hour operational environment

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
  • oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • respond swiftly to operational challenges and guest feedback to maintain service excellence
