Job Requirements
- U.S. work authorization
- bachelor’s degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management
- minimum two years of leadership experience in food and beverage
- working knowledge of division operations and standards
- proficiency with relevant computer systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management
- minimum two years of leadership experience in food and beverage
- knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons policies
- expertise in food and beverage service, cost control, and labor management
- proficiency with computer systems including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, and payroll systems
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- positive and proactive attitude
- ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs
- professional and energetic approach to hospitality
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the food and beverage division
- plan daily activities and scheduling for outlet operation
- maintain a visible leadership presence in dining areas
- handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests
- ensure quality of food, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operational expenses through budgeting and inventory management
- attend regular operational meetings for interdepartmental coordination
- observe and recommend improvements for facilities and equipment
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- collaborate professionally with co-workers and supervisors
