Job Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization
  • bachelor’s degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management
  • minimum two years of leadership experience in food and beverage
  • working knowledge of division operations and standards
  • proficiency with relevant computer systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management
  • minimum two years of leadership experience in food and beverage
  • knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons policies
  • expertise in food and beverage service, cost control, and labor management
  • proficiency with computer systems including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, and payroll systems
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • positive and proactive attitude
  • ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs
  • professional and energetic approach to hospitality

Job Duties

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the food and beverage division
  • plan daily activities and scheduling for outlet operation
  • maintain a visible leadership presence in dining areas
  • handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests
  • ensure quality of food, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • control labor and operational expenses through budgeting and inventory management
  • attend regular operational meetings for interdepartmental coordination
  • observe and recommend improvements for facilities and equipment
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • collaborate professionally with co-workers and supervisors
