Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and managing trash runs are critical to ensuring a welcoming experience for renters. You will also prepare units for new renters by cleaning and turning them over promptly after move-outs. Checking the operation of security features like gates, lights, and alarms is essential to maintain facility security. Assisting customers on-site and taking pride in keeping the property in excellent condition are vital aspects of this role.
