- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

- Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs
- Good communication skills to assist customers and train new hires
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Basic computer skills for updating unit status and rate adjustments
Job Duties
- Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
- Training new hires following training manual
- Updating unit status
- Adjusting rates
- Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints
- Walk the property every day to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off
- Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
- Keep the place clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and managing trash runs
- Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing for the next renter
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working
- Help customers when they are on site and need assistance
- Maintain the facility so it looks well-kept and runs smoothly
