Job Description

Go Store It Management is a premier provider in the self-storage industry, operating over 150 locations across 23 states in the U.S. With a strong focus on delivering secure, convenient, and customer-oriented storage solutions, Go Store It has established itself as a trusted name for individuals and businesses seeking reliable storage options. The company emphasizes exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a supportive work culture, which encourages employee empowerment and personal responsibility. Recognized for its commitment to quality service and community engagement, Go Store It continues to grow while maintaining high standards in both property management and customer satisfaction.

The company values employees who take initiative and pride in their work, seeking individuals who are proactive in maintaining facilities and ensuring smooth operations without constant supervision. The culture encourages problem-solving and accountability, empowering team members with the tools and authority needed to keep properties in excellent condition. This approach fosters a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and supported, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Go Store It.

Go Store It Management is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join their team in a full-time role, offering steady 40-hour work weeks with flexible scheduling. This position involves hands-on responsibilities including initial applicant contact, training new hires, maintaining unit statuses, adjusting rates, and handling customer concerns. Property maintenance duties such as walking the grounds daily to identify and fix small issues, cleaning, turning over units after move-outs, and ensuring all security features function properly are integral parts of the role. The job is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working outside the typical office environment while directly contributing to the property’s upkeep and customer satisfaction.

The role offers an inviting workplace where employees do not need specialized maintenance expertise or extensive experience, as training is provided. The company does not require a college degree or a resume filled with prior titles, but values the willingness to show up, learn, and perform consistently. This opportunity allows individuals to grow within the company, as Go Store It promotes from within and encourages long-term career advancement. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance paid by the company, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, and a respectful work environment free from drama or favoritism. Employees receive their work schedules well in advance and do not have to pay out of pocket for necessary tools and supplies.

In summary, working with Go Store It means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on maintaining high-quality storage facilities that customers trust. It also means developing skills, gaining valuable experience in property management, and participating in a supportive workplace culture dedicated to fairness, empowerment, and professional growth.
