Job Duties
- Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
- Train new hires following training manual
- Update unit status
- Adjust rates
- Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints
- Walk the property every day and check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off
- Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs
- Keep the place clean including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
- Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for new renters
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation
- Help customers on site when needed
- Maintain the property to look right and run smoothly
