Job Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
  • Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks such as walking the property, cleaning, and minor repairs
  • Ability to follow instructions and training manuals
  • Dependability and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property maintenance preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow procedures and training manuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Basic handyman skills or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
  • Train new hires following training manual
  • Update unit status
  • Adjust rates
  • Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints
  • Walk the property every day to inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off
  • Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
  • Keep the place clean including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
  • Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter
  • Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they are working
  • Help customers when they are onsite and need assistance
  • Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly
