Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as walking the property, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Ability to follow instructions and training manuals
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or property maintenance preferred but not required
- Ability to follow procedures and training manuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Basic handyman skills or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid
- Train new hires following training manual
- Update unit status
- Adjust rates
- Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints
- Walk the property every day to inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off
- Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
- Keep the place clean including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
- Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they are working
- Help customers when they are onsite and need assistance
- Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly
