Job Requirements
- minimum of two years of apartment industry experience
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- occasional holiday work availability
- ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- minimum of two years of apartment industry experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proven leadership and organizational abilities
- customer service experience
- ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- familiarity with property management software is a plus
Job Duties
- process rental applications and annual renewals
- assist with managing occupancy levels and rent increases
- support property inspections and management reviews
- lead community operations in the Manager's absence
- provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, and team members
- ensure smooth daily operations of the apartment community
