Job Requirements
- Diploma of high school or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
- Capability to work in office settings and occasionally outdoors
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Technological proficiency with office and computer systems
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to professional and service-oriented work ethic

Job Duties
- Process rental payments and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with financial reporting and keep financials on track
- Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
- Advocate for residents by addressing needs and concerns professionally
- Manage community operations including preparing resident notices and enforcing policies
- Step up as a leader in the Property Manager's absence and support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations and maintain safety
- Tackle special projects and adapt to new challenges
