Morgan Properties is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team at Riverside Towers, a 169-unit community located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Assistant Property Manager will play a crucial part in supporting leasing activities, operations, and resident relations to ensure a superior resident experience and high occupancy levels. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with leasing and renewals, managing resident communications, supporting daily operations, and helping maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.
