Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years professional experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • experience with commercial retail leasing preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field
  • high school diploma required
  • 2 plus years professional work experience
  • supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • commercial retail leasing experience preferred
  • financial experience including profit and loss responsibility and budget oversight
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • successful completion of property management training or equivalent real estate knowledge
  • passion for hospitality and people
  • high emotional intelligence
  • strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proactive leadership and continuous improvement mindset
  • ability to work indoors most of the time with occasional outdoor tasks
  • physical ability to perform property inspections and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Train, mentor, and develop property personnel in hospitality excellence
  • assist in leading cross-functional teams including third-party service providers
  • coordinate unique event programming to foster community atmosphere
  • ensure property engagement and services meet company standards
  • handle administrative tasks and maintain vendor relationships
  • assist in financial management including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • support marketing and leasing strategies for tenant acquisition and retention
  • manage mixed-use property operations and accounting
  • maintain property appearance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • maintain accurate lease abstracts and critical date tracking
  • support tenant billing setup and rent roll accuracy
  • assist in emergency procedures including executing emergency plans, monitoring equipment, leading evacuations, and acting as fire/life safety director
