Established in 1968, Legacy Partners has successfully developed over 78,000 apartment homes and collaborates with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, life insurance companies, and real estate organizations. The company currently manages a portfolio of more than 50 multifamily communities, which includes over 12,000 apartment homes with a gross real estate value exceeding $3 billion. Legacy Partners is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and creating vibrant living environments for its residents, contributing to the growth and development of residential communities nationwide.

Property operations oversight includes ensuring cleanliness, safety, routine maintenance inspections, and coordination with service vendors to reduce vacancy downtime. The position also includes supervising staff and contractors in the Business Manager’s absence, training team members, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Compliance responsibilities cover adherence to accounting and purchasing policies including proper deposit handling, budget tracking, invoice processing, and move-out refunds. The role requires managing the community’s online reputation and ensuring all reporting responsibilities are fulfilled accurately and on time. Legacy Partners maintains a drug-free workplace and requires all on-site property management candidates to undergo criminal background screening and pre-employment drug testing. The company also participates in E-VERIFY to confirm employment eligibility for all hires. This essential role offers opportunities for individual and company performance-based bonuses alongside a competitive salary within a range determined by experience, skills, and location.

Legacy Partners offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee health, well-being, and financial security. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, group life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, along with Health Savings Account options and employer contributions. Employees accrue paid sick leave and vacation time based on hours worked, with additional paid holidays, jury duty, bereavement leave, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
