In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Project Manager will be actively involved in managing project budgets and costs, assisting with forecasting, billing, contract administration, and financial reporting. This exposure allows candidates to develop a robust understanding of project financial management within diverse construction delivery methods such as lump sum bid, negotiated contracts, construction management at-risk (CMAR), design-build, and job order contracting (JOC).

Job Requirements

- Industry related degree preferred
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate

- Ability to collaborate with subcontractors build schedules and perform effective value engineering
- Proficiency in Procore Excel MS Project and other construction software

Job Duties
- Work side-by-side with experienced Project Managers and Superintendents learning how successful projects are planned managed and delivered from start to finish
- Take ownership of key project responsibilities including subcontractor coordination RFIs submittals change orders procurement tracking and project documentation
- Gain valuable experience managing project budgets and costs assisting with forecasting billing contract administration and financial reporting
- Collaborate with subcontractors build schedules and perform effective value engineering
- Review and interpret design documents
