Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Ohio Principal License preferred
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
- Minimum of three years of educational leadership or management experience preferred
- Successful completion of required state and federal background checks
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, school improvement, and educational leadership
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational technology
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the implementation of the school's mission, vision, and instructional framework
- Serve as an instructional leader by supporting curriculum, assessment, and continuous school improvement initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate instructional staff to strengthen teaching practices and student achievement
- Collaborate with the Principal, Academic Coach, and instructional teams to analyze student performance and improve instructional outcomes
- Lead and facilitate professional development and instructional coaching opportunities
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture that supports academic excellence and student well-being
- Support implementation of the school's behavior expectations, student discipline procedures, and code of conduct
- Participate in IAT and IEP meetings to support students with disabilities and ensure appropriate educational services
- Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community partners through consistent communication and engagement
- Represent the school at family events, open houses, and community activities
- Assist with the daily management of school operations, including staffing, facilities, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Support student recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives
- Monitor school facilities and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
- Ensure accurate maintenance of student, personnel, and compliance records
- Support implementation of board policies, school procedures, and operational expectations
- Participate in district and school leadership meetings and communicate key information to staff
- Maintain current knowledge of educational leadership, curriculum, assessment, and special education practices
- Collaborate effectively with administrators, instructional staff, and support personnel to achieve school goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
